Who we are

The organization was founded by professionals with extensive experience in the security sector, at both operational and strategic levels. Our expertise is the result of direct participation in processes related to security analysis from a national security perspective, threat prevention, institutional cooperation, the prevention of violent extremism and working with vulnerable categories of citizens.

Through an interdisciplinary approach, we create programs, trainings and policies aimed at strengthening institutional capacities, developing a security culture and improving the psychological resilience of communities.

CBMZ additionally focuses on raising awareness about hybrid threats, strengthening interinstitutional cooperation at both operational and strategic levels, and encouraging international collaboration and partnerships. We actively work with governmental institutions, nongovernmental organizations, academic communities, professionals, and international actors to build sustainable partnerships that contribute to long-term peace, security, and social resilience.

As part of our commitment to mental health and crisis response, we also support psychological mapping of populations affected by trauma and advocate for the establishment of mobile mental health clinics and safe spaces in rural and underserved communities, ensuring that psychological and social support remains accessible to those who need it most.

Through all of our initiatives, CBMZ strives to build a society that is safer, psychologically resilient, socially responsible, and better prepared to respond to the security and psychological challenges of the future.
